**Requirements**:

- A relevant B tech or First Degree in Property Studies, Legal, Town

Planning or Real Estate
- Minimum 3 Year relevant experience in Property

management/property transactions/property development
environment
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Code B drivers licence

Key Performance Areas
- Assisting management to prioritise land sales for disposal in order to

effectively dispose of City -owned immovable properties
- Conduct initiation and Preliminary investigations in respect of

properties proposed for sale or lease
- Coordinate the tender/auction processes in accordance with

relevant applicable legislation and policies.
- Coordinate the tender/auction processes in accordance with

relevant legislation, policies and operating procedures.
- Management and implementation of sale and/or lease transaction

in respect of properties alienated trasterred and development.
- Provide property advice and administration to stakeholders for

immovable property disposals in the City.
- Departmental communication and preparing reports
