The TooMuchWifi Regional Sales Manager reports to the Chief Experience Officer. Regional Sales Managers lead and manage the Area Managers whose team of direct reports consists of Area Leaders representing various underserved communities across multiple districts within the province. This is a leadership role that develops and implements the sales and marketing strategies of TooMuchWifi, establishes community networks and partnerships, participates in community engagement efforts, improves brand awareness, and drives customer-centric efforts to improve customer experience and service excellence.

**Key responsibilities**:
Lead, manage and develop a team of Area Managers focused on residential and small business sales in the communities as well as Business Sales Managers focused on B2B sales and their direct reports to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve TooMuchWifi revenue and growth targets.
- Establish a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping teams accountable for adherence to company policies and procedures, and prioritising efforts that involve our customers and the communities we serve.
- Manage the department budget and monitor performance against estimates.
- Provide executive support and regional performance status reports to the TooMuchWifi Exco.
- Develop and improve sales processes and post-sale service delivery.
- Define, implement, and monitor regional KPIs that drive sales and revenue growth, NPS, inactive nodes, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive revenue growth to achieve or exceed company targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are clearly communicated, implemented, and monitored.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with each team member.
- Research and identify new ways of reaching existing markets and identify market entry and expansion opportunities, market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and partnership opportunities.
- Support expansion into new network coverage areas to grow our customer base.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to the executive team.
- Drive the creation and qualification of relevant leads, and facilitate pipeline progression.
- Grow the distribution network (Resellers) to grow our hotspot voucher sales.
- Monitor the entire customer journey to ensure service excellence is maintained.
- Execute marketing and sales efforts and campaigns requested by Exco, and in partnership with the marketing department.
- Identify branding and marketing opportunities that can contribute to the growth.
- Drive community engagements and act as a brand ambassador for TooMuchWifi in designated communities.
- Prepare the team for and attend Blitz efforts within communities.
- Ensure alignment with TooMuchWifi departments for planning and delivery of key objectives and strategies.
- Attend to escalated matters reported by the team in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the company’s service standards are consistently achieved at all times.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BCom in Business Development, Sales and Marketing Management, or equivalent.

**Relevant Skills / Experience**:

- 6+ years experience in a Senior Sales or Customer Relationship and Management role.
- Experience in the telecommunications / ISP industry will be advantageous.
- Sales management, account management, relationship management, business development, and/or customer service management experience.
- Previous successful experience leading outbound sales teams.
- Demonstrated success executing sales and marketing plans.
- Demonstrate success growing sales pipeline and exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to analyse sales figures and write insightful reports.
- Must be knowledgeable about South African underserved communities.
- Must be comfortable working in the communities.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outside the office environment and on weekends.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office package.
- Leadership, motivation, and team management skills

**Salary**: R400,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year
