Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced salesperson with a strong background in the motor industry, specifically in selling vehicle parts, with a primary focus on Mercedes-Benz OEM and aftermarket parts.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell OEM and aftermarket Mercedes-Benz parts to customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide technical knowledge and advice on vehicle parts and compatibility
- Handle walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online sales inquiries professionally
- Source and find parts for customers when required (acting as a parts finder)
- Work with the stripping team to ensure available parts are marketed and sold effectively
- Process sales transactions, quotes, and invoices accurately
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with stock management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales within the motor industry, specifically in vehicle parts sales
- Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and their OEM and aftermarket parts
- Ability to identify vehicle parts and advise customers on compatibility
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, quotes, and sales transactions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests
- Self-motivated and target-driven
