Prime Circle Finance provides innovative employee loan solutions through employer partnerships, offering short-term loans with repayment through payroll deduction. We facilitate quick access to funds (24-hour turnaround) while ensuring responsible lending with competitive interest rates.

**Position Summary**

The Key Account Executive serves as the primary relationship manager between Prime Circle Finance, employer partners, and employees throughout the complete loan lifecycle. This role combines business development, account management, and operational support to drive company onboarding, employee loan uptake, and ensure seamless service delivery across all stages of the loan process.

**What You’ll Focus On**
- Growing our footprint by onboarding new employer partners
- Presenting our offering to decision makers, HR & payroll teams
- Driving employee engagement and product uptake
- Providing hands-on support during the employee loan journey
- Monitoring account performance and keeping relationships strong

**What You Need**
- 3+ years in sales, key accounts, financial services or similar
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
- Target-driven, organised, and able to work independently
- Mobility, valid driver’s license + willingness to travel
