**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a coffee expert. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share it with the customer.
- Welcome customers and identify their needs.
- Advise both existing and new customers about Nespresso’s amazing products and services.
- Maintain a pro-active approach towards customers.
- Create coffee moments
- share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with customers.
- Contribute. Whether we need help cleaning, organizing stock or need a new innovative way to do things.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years sales and customer-facing service experience in a premium environment
- Completed Matric
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexible to work selected shifts (including working weekends and public holidays when rostered)
- Required to work on a part-time basis 108 hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
