We are looking for a Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team.

The Client Relations Officer will need to be able to continuously assess their clients needs and business objectives and create initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Role:
1. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

2.Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.

3. Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPI's are being met.

4. Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

5. Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Ability to Multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.

2.Qualification in Marketing and Sales

3. Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.

4. Attention to details.

5. Excellent communication and writing skills and organisational skills.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
