**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, payment systems, and internal ledgers
- Investigate discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of reconciliation activities and escalate aged items
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with accurate reconciled data
- Liaise with external providers (banks, payment platforms) where required
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts Receivable, Payables, Treasury, and IT
- Assist in implementing automation and process improvements in reconciliation workflows
- Support internal and external audit requirements

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in reconciliation, finance operations, or similar analytical finance roles
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and attention to detail
- Knowledge of reconciliation tools and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Netsuite, Xero - or similar)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- AAT, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent experience (desirable)

Pay: From R25 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape 7806: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
