Currently we are searching for a Procurement Officer for Johannesburg, South Africa.

**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Timeously request quotations from suppliers for monthly and repetitive services and submit with purchase requisitions to management for approval.
Timeously and accurately write out purchase requisitions based on the quotations received.
Correct allocation of Cost centres.
Submit and follow up on purchase orders being raised.
Ensure Purchase Orders requisitions matches actual invoices and resolve differences.
Update and Maintain costings files for each department and management approval for all orders to be placed.
Timeously liaise with the suppliers for all queries, incorrect invoices, outstanding invoices, credits needed and supporting documentation.
Maintain query list and tracking of all supplier documentation until submitted for processing and payment to creditors.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Matric.
Previous experience as Procurement Officer.
Proclivity for catching errors and enacting appropriate changes.
Excellent Communication skill.
Planning and Organisational Skills.
Pay attention to detail and dedicated to delivering accurate work.
Must be fully computer literate.
