Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and achieve all sales activities and income budgets within the Business Unit
- Manage and control all stock in order to maintain Company assets
- Manage adherence to legislation and risk management standards within the Business Unit
- Monitor and manage Business Unit cash and Credit transactions
- Team Human Resources Management
- Enable Customer Centricity

Qualification:

- Matric with 2-3 years retail management experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Supply Chain,
- Retail and Consumer Finance environment
- Retail industry knowledge and understanding of the stock control process
- Relevant legislation (OHASA, FAIS, CPA, NCA, Insurance Act etc.)
- Relevant SAP Management Reporting
- Relevant SAP proficiency
- Drive Sales
- Stock Levels
- Merchandise Standards
- Shrinkage
- Risk Management

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
