As part of our continued transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced **Employment Equity and Skills Development Manager** to drive our strategic initiatives aligned with legislative requirements and business priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employment Equity (EE)**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s EE plan in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
- Facilitate EE Committee meetings and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with the Department of Labour.
- Drive transformation initiatives and contribute to the company’s B-BBEE strategy.
- **Skills Development**:

- Compile and submit the annual Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
- Identify skills gaps and coordinate relevant training and development interventions.
- Manage relationships with SETAs, training providers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor training spend and ensure alignment with B-BBEE scorecard targets.
- **General HR Support**:

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to integrate development initiatives into broader HR strategies.
- Ensure alignment of learning and development with operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Employment Equity and Skills Development within a medium-to-large organisation.
- Solid knowledge of EE legislation, Skills Development Act, and B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and submission of WSP/ATR.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
