Ensure that the quality of our products and services is consistently measured, with corrective actions taken at each step within the supply chain.
- Continuously improve quality throughout the organization and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification permanently.
- Ensure that the total number of jobs missed due to QC does not exceed 0.9.
- Minimize hit rates by accurately ensuring that bulk and finished goods are released on time.
- Improve first-time release accuracy by assisting in identifying root causes.
- Ensure zero quality-related product recalls from the trade.
- Ensure that swabs are taken after sanitization.
- Conduct BOM audits.
- Monitor GLP/GMP compliance throughout the lab and factory, ensuring that GMP walkabouts are conducted on each line during every shift.
- Participate in internal and external audits, minimizing findings.
- Perform instrument verification before each shift begins.
- Ensure that the correct SOPs, methods, and specifications are used and updated at all times.
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization.
- Monitor the quality of products and services and enhance systems and processes to consistently improve standards.
- Ensure that the laboratory operates per GLP/GMP principles, maintaining cleanliness and order at all times.
- Conduct regular cGMP audits to achieve world-class cGMP standards.
- Reduce daily operational costs in the lab.
- Monitor and reduce block stock levels.
- Ensure verification and calibration of all equipment according to schedule.
- Address customer complaints within the set timeframe.
- Ensure that no products are processed without standards.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**: Diploma/Degree in Analytical Chemistry or Biotechnology

**Experience**: 2 + years in FMCG and Laboratory

**Personal Skills/Attributes**: Good communication,

Honesty,

Good Time Keeping Skills

**Knowledge**:Quality

Good Manufacturing Practices

Computer literacy

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R9 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
