**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Preferably 3 years operating Bobcat machinery in power stations, heavy industry, or industrial environments
- **Certification / License**: Valid Bobcat / Skid-Steer operator license (if applicable)
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of safety procedures in industrial or high-risk environments

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Bobcat machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with operational plans.
- Perform site preparation, material handling, and cleaning tasks as required.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of Bobcat equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- Report equipment faults, incidents, and operational updates to management.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience operating Bobcat or similar heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety standards and risk management in industrial environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-risk industrial or power station setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
