**Customer Service & Community Assistant**

**Location: Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth (In-office)**
**Department: Brand Team**
**Contract: Full-Time starting with 3 month fixed terms contract**

We’re looking for a warm, highly organised Customer Service & Community Assistant to join our fast-paced team supporting women’s wellness and lifestyle brands. This is a people-first role that also requires strong admin skills and attention to detail.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Customer & Community Support
- Respond to customer messages, DMs and comments using brand-approved tone and templates
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and helpful voice across platformsFlag product queries, complaints or repeat issues and log them neatly

**Influencer / Creator Coordination**
- Track and manage gifted product shipments and content deadlines
- Keep updated records of influencer performance and brand fit
- Assist in briefing and following up with creators, ambassadors, and fans

**Admin & Task Management**
- Keep spreadsheets and trackers neat and up to date
- Help prepare social media content schedules, reports, and follow-up checklists
- Organise inboxes, file UGC content, and assist with internal handovers

**Experience That Helps**
- Previous experience in customer service, social media, or influencer admin
- Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, and basic project/task tools
- Experience engaging with followers, managing giveaways, or tracking content
