Manage customer services according to set standards

Identify and prioritise customer requirements

Maintain up to date knowledge of company services and products

Monitor product and service related queries

Manage operations in membership, eligibility of new members and claims processing

Statistics and operational reporting

Resolve complex queries, identify trends and improvements

Staff management, oversee daily operations, development of talent and processes to achieve company goals

Ensure rules, regulations and procedures are followed correctly

Oversee back office operations and training

Ensure technology training is provided and consistent usage

Contribute to long term planning for operational excellence

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree is Business, Business Administration or similar

RE 5

4+ years experience in health care insurance / medical aid operations

Knowledge of SA medical legislation

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Good judgement, negotiation and decision making ability

Strong ethic and personal integrity levels

Multi tasking

Excellent written and verbal communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R60,000.00 per month
