Are you a creative and customer-oriented individual with a passion for the printing industry? We are currently seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer and Counter Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the printing industry, proficiency in CorelDraw, and hands-on experience with Konica Minolta, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing and impactful artwork for various print materials, including brochures, business cards, flyers, and more.
- Use CorelDraw and other design software to develop high-quality designs and ensure accurate file preparation for printing.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist customers at the counter, both in-person and over the phone, providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries.
- Handle order processing, including quotations, pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Operate and maintain Konica Minolta equipment for printing and finishing tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the printing industry, with a focus on graphic design and counter sales.
- Proficiency in CorelDraw and other relevant design software.
- Hands-on experience working with Konica Minolta printers and related equipment.
- Strong design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.

**Experience**:

- Printing Industry: 3 years (required)
- CorelDraw: 3 years (required)
- Counter sales Representative: 3 years (preferred)
