**Resourcing Centre Manager**

**Monthly base salary up to 20’000 ZAR (OTE of 500’000 ZAR annually)**

What will you be doing?
- Mentoring and leading team members; helping them achieve individual and team targets
- Mapping out new potential clients across the globe in a very methodical and organised fashion
- Plan required recruitment activity (pro-active searches on LinkedIn, advertising, etc)
- Co-ordinating sales pipeline activity by sourcing, building, and maintaining a global database of potential client leads
- Co-ordinating and supporting the wider sales team with essential sales administration tasks
- Driving reports and activity that keeps the database up to date with clean useable data

You will be a great fit if:

- You have experience at managing a team
- You have strong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using data
- You have strong IT skills
- You have an analytical eye - you’ll thrive off analysing data and driving results
- You are results orientated, with a track record of achieving targets
