- To provide legal solutions to complex legal and business challenges, to mitigate legal risks and partner with the business on the implementation of policies to comply with legal and regulatory requirements in relation to business processes To manage reviewing of all emerging legislation and regulatory reviews coordinating and guiding involved Legal and Business stakeholders, focus on human capital advisory work and be able to act as a generalist Financial Services Corporate Office legal advisor**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - LLB
- Preferred Qualification - Admission to practice as a legal practitioner in country of employment
- Experience - Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a legal advisor in relevant industry environment post articles
- Experience in drafting of legal agreements, documents, and opinions
- Additional Knowledge - Knowledge of relevant industry legislation advantageous
- Good understanding of legal risk management within the relevant industry sector
- Strong organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks in an energetic environment with multiple priorities
- Exemplary writing and editing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
- Excellent communication and analytical skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent judgment and ability to anticipate legal issues or risks
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and responsibility
- Ability to communicate complex legal matters with clarity and precision to senior persons or forums
