**Job Description**:
- Conduct and Facilitate internal Training to Staff
- Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation. Updating Training Process
- facilitating training as and when required. Monthly Induction Training
- All related Learning and Development administration.
- Conduct Adhoc training based on a training needs analysis. Maintain training registers.
- Conduct pre and post assessment for all training delivered to gauge understanding of the product or process. Ensure that the results are recorded for monitoring purposes.
- Review process manuals monthly to check if the process manuals are up to date.
- If processes are outdated or if new processes have not been added to the process manuals, the applicant must notify management.
- Continuously improve the quality of the training delivered and working closely with the management team to understand gaps within the business unit.
- Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Designing effective training programs
- Selecting and booking venues
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Matric
- Training qualifications will be an advantage.
- Train the Trainer Course
- Relevant educational and skills development as well as HR qualification or similar 5 years
- experience as a trainer/facilitator
- 2-3 years’ experience in Facilitating Training and development of material
