**Role Overview**
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and standard set by the company
- Perform Basic functions of Health & Safety requirements

**Key Performance Areas: Core Functions Qualifications, Experience and Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years experience
- SAMTREC
- Trustworthy
- Safety knowledge
- Manage incidents and accidents
- Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA)
- Identify measures to mitigate risks and hazards
- Conduct SHE committee meetings
- Conduct risk assessments
- Investigate employees SHE complaints
- Carry out safety inductions and training
- Arrange safety training for safety reps, first aiders and forklift drivers
- Monitor employee forklift licenses
- Carry out workplace inspections
- Compile site specific files
- Produce safety reports and develop relevant policies
- Prepare for audits and inspections for department of labour or any relevant authority
- Manage ISO 9001
- Manage ISO 45000
- Manage ISO 14001
- Manage ISO 22 000
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Ensure that a safety culture is developed
- Assist in any job-related tasks as required by management

- Monthly Branch Assessments
- After Inspection Report
- Implementation after Report
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to perform duties at deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
- Friendly, personable, and able to build harmonious working relationship with clients, co-workers, and general public
- Problem solving

- Telecommunication skills
- Computer literate (excellent Excel skills)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R22,000.00 per month
