Property concern, based in Central Johannesburg, has an opportunity for a Creditors Clerk to join their team. Property background would be advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
- Accounting Certificate / Diploma will be advantageous
- Minimally 3 years of experience in the same role
- Experience with MDA

**Duties**:

- Process creditors’ invoices accurately on a daily basis
- Ensure all invoices are valid tax invoices and contain all relevant and correct information
- Ensure no invoices are processed without a valid order and proper authorisation
- Obtain authorisation for invoices
- Prepare creditors reconciliations for all creditors and ensure outstanding items are resolved within a reasonable time frame.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is filed according to the agreed filing method
- Filing of all documents must be undertaken on a regular basis
- Perform any additional task that may be given by management from time to time
