Synergy Contact Centre is looking for an experienced Trainer

The purpose of this role is to identify and monitor training needs within the organization, and design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures to fulfill those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and to meet the changing needs of clients, the organization or the industry.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to the organization and Contact Centre industry.
- Identify problems and opportunities such as skills gaps, operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Sound understanding of the Contact Centre Industry
- Ability to moderate large groups.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

Experience Required:
At least 1 year of experience in the contact centre training field is compulsory.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
