Join our dynamic and rapidly growing company as a **Social Media & Digital Assets Manager** We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to oversee and grow our digital presence across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Facebook Groups. This role encompasses organic and paid strategies, creative content development, and expanding our digital offerings, such as podcast production.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Management & Engagement**:

- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Facebook Groups.
- Run interactive campaigns including competitions, polls, and boosted posts.

**Strategy Development & Implementation**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies from concept to execution.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting and performance optimization.

**Content Creation**:

- Write engaging, original content tailored for each platform.
- Develop annual social media calendars in line with client objectives.

**Digital Offerings Expansion**:

- Lead initiatives such as podcast production, scheduling, and content innovation.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with graphic designers and edit materials in Adobe Suite as needed.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to drive impactful campaigns.
- Manage external suppliers (e.g., SEO agencies, developers).

**Client & Team Support**:

- Present strategies, reports, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Keep the team informed about campaign progress and new digital trends.
- Participate in campaign pitches and contribute to the company’s expanding services.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing content creation and campaign success, with references.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills tailored to social platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and basic video/podcast editing tools.
- Familiarity with platform best practices (organic and paid strategies).
- Experience managing digital campaigns and client accounts independently.
- Strong collaborative and proactive work ethic with a growth mindset.
- Ability to create and manage newsletters with a keen eye for detail.
