Position: Sales Consultant

Telkom Express is looking for highly capable sales consultants to fill roles in the above mentioned stores with a minimum of 1 year sales experience & 1 year cellular experience.

Must be mature, hardworking, a team player, self-motivated, target driven, honest, neat, reliable and organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Retention, Mobile + Data Sales LTE / 3G / DSL / Fibre (Contract New/Upgrades/Migration/Prepaid), Accessory + Insurance Sales, Booking in devices for repairs / OBF Exchange, Device Setup / Ports / Sim swops, Handling of cash / Reports / Client Documents, Stock Takes & Administration, General housekeeping, Following company polices at all times & staying updated with the latest Telkom offers/changes, Most importantly you must have a passion for Customer Service and be driven to deliver a WOW customer experience.

Basic R5000 + Sales Performance bonus of R1000

Provident fund and medical health plan after 6 months pending clean disciplinary record
