Food & Beverage Stock Procurement, Full Front Office Functions

**Remuneration** **Package**

R7000 per month, accommodation provided (water and electricity included)

**Minimum Requirements**:
**_Stock Controller Skills: _**
- Placing orders for F&B department
- Completing required paperwork with orders
- Updating stock on the computer system
- Comparing items received against items ordered
- Implementing or improving processes and procedures
- Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
- Maintain records of pricing, purchases and other relevant information
- Performing random checks and audits
- Liaising with suppliers
- Obtain comparative pricing from suppliers
- Stock Takes
- Checking stock levels regularly

- Innkeeper (similar reservations system)
- Internal auditing
- Streamline systems and procedures
- Problem solving
- Microsoft Excel
- Price Comparison
- Compile orders with formulas
- Advance skill

**_Front Office Skills: _**
- Accounting & invoicing

**_Tertiary & Experience: _**
- National Senior Certificate
- At least 3 year working experience in similar position
- Good computer and software skills

- Fully bilingual
- Strong operational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Focussed, creative and passionate about the hospitality industry
- An excellent track record with contactable references
- No bad habits e.g. smoking or drinking
- Valid driver’s license
- Own transport preferred
