**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ waitering experience in a fine dining or busy restaurant setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- A professional disposition, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Must be available to work during hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays).

**Responsibilities**:

- Waiting on guests.
- Liaise with back-of-house (BOH) as needed.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.
