We are looking for an experienced, energetic, matured and vibrant Store Manager to foster efficient sales and after sales service to match the World class standard clientele of Vodacom|Shop Pavilion Branch ( Best performing store in SA)

**Job Description/Responsibilities**:
You must know Vodacom Retail sales (Consumer/Enterprise) inside and out and you’re ready to make that next move to a leadership role like no other with a hands on Franchisee. In this space, you will manage talent, inspire your team and make sure every customer has a great experience. It’s not easy but it’s the type of challenge that can make your career. - When it comes to the customer experience at your store, the onus is on you to ensure that every individual has an unforgettable visit and a tailor made solution for all their needs.
- You will guide your Team to build strong relationships with their customers, make expert recommendations and help onboard customers like a pro.
- We will look to you to hire, train and develop your team when required, making staff adjustments as needed (plus minus 20 staff). This includes Time management - rostering, managing late coming and poor punctuality, Staff uniforms, behaviour and attire as well as ensuring they adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- You will also ensure that your store exceeds sales goals and that means overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives eg promotions, daily and weekly incentives, all sales and products
- Manage Stock, Devices and accessories daily and weekly. Manage faulty stock and reduce redundancy.
- Admin - managing all paperwork via admin clerks to ensure compliance to Vodacom and internal Business rules, prevent fraud, manage repairs and loan phones, deal matches, base management and items owing to customer.
- Along the way you will stay current on all our technology so that you can be an expert for your team and your customers
- Marketing - arranging aggressive promotions weekly to drive sales into store, Mall and staff social media updates, Finding branding opportunities, product launches and mall promotions, schools and high traffic areas which includes out of the mall Promos and activations. OWN your mall and area.
- Supplier and manufacturer relationships - managing visits of manufactures and suppliers to ensure you maintain dummy/live devices and always keeping your team ahead of our game.
- Managing External fiber, and new product canvassers
- Finally you will make sure your store presentation always looks its best
- Merchandising, shop fittings and equipment.
**Qualifications**

- You **MUST** have prior sales and Vodacom management experience as well as knowledge of mobile corporate/enterprise business sector.
- This includes previous consultative sales in consumer and enterprise technology, coupled with a demonstrated record of high achievement
- You’ve also got experience in operational, financial and performance management, having previously managed site profit and loss
- You’ve also got a unique ability to lead, develop and coach people to deliver great results
- People who know you would say you’re an amazing communicator, both with customers and team mates.
- You’ve got solid computer proficiency with advanced Excel and Vodacom systems knowledge (UCS, M2.C3D, VPP and Skyline)
- A high school degree is essential, while a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Be a trader and prepared to work retail hours and Shifts.
