**PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS**:

- Application and technical support for the Operational System active in the terminal & remote stores.
- Identifying requirements for development and enhancement of the Operational Systems and manage the testing and implementation process.
- Support the business to enable better and more effective use of the systems and the business processes.
- Support in the management of the Operational Information flow into and out of the terminal.
- Elevate potential Operational System and low-level user requirements
- Support of desktop equipment.
- Pro-active support to ensure business process adherence and better system usage.
**KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**:

- Matric Certificate
- National Diploma/Degree in IT
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Prioritization skills.
- Ability to be self-manage and multitask
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and/or public holidays.
- Must have own reliable transport.
