-The main purpose of this position is to develop and implement a comprehensive project change management plan and initiatives within the context of operational and tactical projects for quality execution and sustainability within the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), to meet the benefits of information and technology (IT) change initiatives. -Detailed Description - Contribute to pre-planning activities (including success criteria) and provide change management input to ensure the impact elements of change are considered in planning the approach of the project. -- Define change plans, deliverables and priorities in sequence to the deliverables in the project plan, which includes communication, stakeholder management, resistance and transition plans as well as issues and risk log. -- Conduct assessments at the appropriate points in time (readiness, impact and training) and produce relevant reporting and feedback to assist stakeholders in decision-making. -- Manage a range of diverse projects, ensuring the connection and interdependencies of the wider organisational goals are met, and reflect these in communication strategies, plans and heat maps, where relevant. -- Identify, manage and engage the stakeholder network landscape and link it to the relevant communication channel activities and roadmaps. -- Contribute to the development of training material and conduct systems training. -- Facilitate the development and communication of the support model for stakeholders within a project. -Job Requirements - a National Diploma in Human Sciences (NQF 6) or an equivalent qualification; and -- two to five years’ experience in change management. -Additional requirements include: -- industry, organisational and business awareness; -- project compliance management knowledge and skill; -- project change management knowledge and skill; -- project planning and reporting knowledge and skill; -- training development, coordination and facilitation knowledge and skill; -- stakeholder management knowledge and skill; -- understanding of a project lifecycle and project environment; -- solid understanding of change activities and processes on projects; -- continued learning and/or professional development knowledge and skill; and -- continuous improvement knowledge and skill. -How To Apply -All interested parties are invited to apply. - All available vacancies will be visible. - Login: - Is this your first visit to our Job Site? > Register today (Ensure that you include all your skills and qualifications during the registration process.); or - Already registered on our Job Site? > Already registered? > Login here. -- Select ‘Date posted’ > ‘Last 3 weeks’ (in the dropdown menu). -- Select the appropriate IRC number to view the full advertisement. - **The SARB offers remuneration and benefits commensurate with the level of the position and in line with the market.
