Responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports. Duties include compiling and presenting divisional and functional reports, data trend and analysis. Ensures month end runs are accurate and timeous, support clients with regard to ad-hoc reports and queries. The incumbent has a complete and clear understanding of the database. Responsibilities include the co-ordination and management of changes to the MIS database, the streamlining of MIS reports and process across the business. What will make you successful in this role?
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Consultant:
**Reporting**:

- Compile regular reporting
- Super-user for Sanlam Cubus system
- Super-user for Glacier Business Intelligence (BI) system
- Identity opportunities to enhance and streamline efficiencies

**Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) support**:

- Manage the entire onboarding process for Internal DFM (Glacier Invest)
- Maintain relations with SMMI and Glacier Fund Admin to meet SLA’s
- Manage the entire onboarding process for External DFM’s
- Identity opportunities to enhance and streamline efficiencies

**Fund management**:

- MANCO’s - manage fund approval process within SLA and end to end fund loading process within SLA
- Management the loading of Third-Party Management (TPM) process on the Glacier Platform, manage the approval process. Ad-hoc TPM support queries via BDM’s

**Morningstar**:

- Setting up Morningstar templates for reporting purposes and ensuring that the templates are accessible by the relevant users.
- On-going maintenance of Morningstar templates, keeping them in line with demand and need
- Provision of portfolio and fund illustrations in relation to investments and client portfolios
- Intermediary support with regards to Morningstar reporting and functionality
- Provide support to Glacier BDM’s and Account Managers on all aspects of Morningstar (reporting and functionality)
- Identify training needs and ensure staff and intermediaries are trained on Morningstar functionality and reporting across various regions
- Manage and maintain the product provider (Morningstar and I-Net Bridge) database

**Service and Support**:

- Provide operational and administrative support
- Co-ordinate, maintain and implement SLA’s with all relevant stakeholders with regards to reporting and administrative support
