We are looking for a **Technical Representative** to lead **technical interviews** and help us secure top-tier U.S. job opportunities.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead technical interviews** for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives.
- **Collaborate with engineers** to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Attend daily standups & scrum meetings** to manage ongoing U.S. projects.
- **Advise and mentor engineers** on technical best practices.
- Be available **from 9 AM to 5 PM ET (Eastern Time).**

**Who You Are**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- **7+ years of software development experience.**:

- **3+ years in a lead or architect role.**:

- **Fluent English (C1 level or higher).**:

- Expertise in **C#,.NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular.**:

- Strong **communication and leadership** skills.
