**Retail Manager**

**Salary Scale:

- Starting amount R8000, with a incentive structure if targets is met.**
- Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.
- Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of a Retail store.
- Above than average written and spoken communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
- Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel.
- Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
- Motivating, coaching and challenging team members to provide quality work and advance their skill set.
- Resolving any challenges or conflicts between staff members
- Preparing reports performance and presenting these to leadership
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Retail Environment.
- No use of substances
- Knowledge of buying and selling business skill
- Able to work Retail hours
- Must have a Valid Driver license.
- Clean Police Clearnace
- Honesty and hard work will be mandatory.

Must have experience in Pawnshop industry.
