Our client is a highly successful & reputable asset management firm in South Africa.

They are looking to bring in an experienced distribution specialist to join them as an Executive Head of Retail Distribution & be in the front line of their next growth phase.

The Head of Retail Distribution would be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and managing the sales team in the retail investments segment.
**Other Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategy for various distribution channels to achieve sales targets.
- Meet overall sales targets.
- Motivating the sales team to achieve individual sales targets.
- Determine and manage the metrics to track the activity and sales performance of the team and each Business Development Manager.
- Continual training and development of all Business Development Manager.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales/activity process.
- Participating in EXCO meetings with other senior members of the business.
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales/client events and conferences.
- Drive adviser client events.
- Oversee training and development of advisers and adviser assistants

**Qualifications**:

- B Com/BSc degree Hons
- CA(SA)/CFA/CAIA
