Otis Global Distributor Network is managing a network of Otis Distributors in Africa, Indian Ocean and Pacific Islands.

Otis GDN is looking for New Equipment Project Manager. Working in partnership with the Area Manager (Commercial), the Project Manager is in charge of the technical management of projects, from booking to after sales service. He/She is also supporting sales for pre-booking studies.

Key responsibilities:
- Technical support to the Area Manager- Area Manager back up- Close relations with Distributors, including possible travellings to countries of the area- Project Manager lead for complex projects, with pre-booking studies- Contract Management- Technical checking of booked projects (technical specifications, layout drawings)- Ensure the adequation between customer purchase order, technical specifications, terms of payment- Relations with Otis factories and release for manufacturing of the products- Shipping of the material (logistics in compliance with Incoterm and payment terms)- Financial follow up (budget, payment)- Selling of Extra Orders- AMT and PUI Management- Collection along with the Collection Assistant and the Area Manager

Role specific skills & competences:
- Interest in the technicity of Otis products, organized, Customer Service focused.- Willingness to travel to different countries of the area- French would be appreciated- Technical Studies (Engineering Degree or other Technical school)- Field experience appreciated- Proficient in both writing and oral English.- French Appreciated
