- Sell software-as-a-service (SaaS) to the automotive industry and digital marketing services to all industries.
- Generate leads & sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales targets.
- Monthly Reporting on sales, issues & successes
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records & activity reports**Inherent Requirements**
- Experience in a digital marketing sales position in the automotive industry will be beneficial.
- Track record of positive performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Able to travel regularly.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Demonstrate persistence and overcomes obstacles.
- Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals.
- Organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
- Excellent computer skills and efficient in Microsoft office products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
