**About Us**:
**Job Purpose**:
As a part-time Occupational Nurse at Two Oceans Marine Manufacturing, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. Your role will involve providing basic healthcare services, promoting wellness programmes, and ensuring a safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct basic medical assessments and provide first aid to employees as needed.
- Manage and maintain employee health records and confidential medical information.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programmes to promote a healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and education to employees on health-related issues and preventive measures.
- Assist in the management of workers' compensation cases and return-to-work programs.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits and recommend improvements as needed.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with occupational health standards.
- Provide support during health-related emergencies or incidents.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Registered nurse with valid certification and licensure.
- Occupational health and safety certification or experience is an advantage.
- Proven experience in providing occupational health services.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic medical assessments and first aid.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to employee well-being.
