**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Based at East London Branch, to further strengthen our local Operations team, we are currently seeking a:
**PICKER PACKER PULLER -**( _East London Branch, South Africa _)

Moving stock from warehouse to Despatch gates and Cages according to picking slips generated by the Invoicing clerk, as well as pack stock.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Assist with load at truck at loading bays according to standing despatch loading procedures: all stock loaded into specific truck must match/correspond with invoices for each truck.
- Accurately picking goods from warehouse to Despatch and adhere to standing picking procedures.
- Sign in/out for hand held scanners at start and end of shift as per standing procedure.
- Packing of warehouse stock as instructed, and ensure proper housekeeping inside the warehouse and on the picked pallet.
- Ensure proper handling of stock to ensure stock is not damaged during picking.
- Report all damaged stock to warehouse supervisor, and ensure damaged and expired is not picked.
- Use correct equipment for picking; pallet jack, pallet with pallet slip and manoeuvre pallet jack properly inside the warehouse.Perform other duties as per the operational requirements

**PROFILE**
- Grade 12
- 1 - 2 years working experience in a warehouse environment.
- Over and above normal working hours, occasional overtime is required.
- Written comprehension - the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Good communication skills - English is a prerequisite.
- Ability to read and write in English and any other local languages.Good personality, hardworking, team work, service oriented and trustworthy.
