- Build and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers

- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive retail management
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of dealership operations and best practices
- Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
