**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric - Ability to comprehend technical information - Minimum of 12 months customer service experience - Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work any of the fixed shift periods in line with business requirements**
Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns - Take ownership and responsibility of customer queries ensuring timely and accurate resolution - De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support - Meet quality standards in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction - High motivation with ability to meet and exceed targets - Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated - Ability to adapt to change - Ability to plan, organise and prioritise - Good communication skills both verbal and written - Contribute to success of team to achieve targets and Service Level Agreements - Understand and adhere to company policy and procedure
