Intelligent Automation Controller

**INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION (IA) CONTROLLER**

**Level - **Junior

**Location - **Cape Town (Hybrid Working Model)

**Contract Type - **Permanent

**Working Hours**
- 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday)
- UK working hours.

**Requirements**:

- Liaise with stakeholders to onboard new managed services client.
- Run Managed Services as per agreed deliverables and SLA’s (which amongst others might include):

- Ensure environment (Blue Prism / BPC et) is up and running.
- Schedule and run RPA processes.
- Case management, managing and allocating process workloads.
- Manage, investigate, and resolve RPA exceptions (infrastructure and process exceptions).
- Escalate exceptions via agreed support channels.
- Assist in the provision of timely responses and solutions required.
- Support operational and performance metrics reporting.
- Manage the deployment of approved robotic code into the UAT / Production environment.
- Maintain the daily administration of the automation software production environment.
- Contribute to create or improve firms' methods, standards and quality.

**Education and Experience**
- Undergraduate Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering.
- Blue Prism Developer Accreditation
- 2 years’ experience using Blue Prism and Blue Prism Cloud - required.
- 2 + years’ demonstrable experience in process controlling.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
