**Brand communication**

Transform ideas and briefs into words aligned with brand CI across the required medium

Write clear, persuasive, original copy that responds to the brief and brand

Use research to develop new and unique concepts that articulate current/upcoming trends

Proofread all work to ensure a high-quality, accurate output

Submit copy for review

**Customer Engagement**

Analyse customer compliments, queries and complaints across various platforms to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in the Mr Price Sport brand.

**Internal Business Communication**

Participate in preparing internal business communications to improve employee engagement.

**Creative Planning & Research**

Research target group language, style, and trends to interpret and translate briefs’ requirements, core message and objectives

Build a deep understanding of the brand to ensure copy reflects the tone of the brand and sub-brands

Stay abreast of current trade and proactively create work to help grow the business

**Ecommerce Copy**

Write detailed and accurate copy for product descriptions on ECommerce site

**_ what are the requirements?_**
- Related degree or diploma in Marketing, Journalism or Creative Writing
- 1-2 years of experience
- Content creation across digital marketing, traditional marketing, social media, editorial
- An understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Interpersonal skills, research skills and time management
- You are a team player and your love for writing will be well-matched in this exciting and dynamic marketing environment.
- Retail experience would be an advantage
