The Role:
What you will be doing:

- Developing a strong and collabroative relationship with hiring managers
- Market research to effectively benchmark compensation for roles
- UK University Career Service relationship management for Graduate talent
- Marketing activity across our socials, recruitment website and also through ad hoc events
- Coaching staff in interview technique and supporting early stage interviews. Supporting and advising senior staff in post interview feedback
- Offer communication and management

What we are looking for in you?
- Minimum 3 years experience in in house recruitment
- Understanding of sourcing channels
- Strong background in international recruitment market with a particular focus on UK hiring
- Excellent written and oral communicator skills
- Highly well organised with the ability to prioritise
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Strong stakeholder manager skills
- Experience with various ATS and other software
