Position Description:

We are looking for high energy and confident team member, who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and products.

**Your key areas of responsibilities will include**:

- Manage studio bookings
- Set up recording equipment and ensure all audio tests are completed 1 day prior to production project
- Assist during in-house recording sessions, including, but not limited to, setting up recording environment
- Work along-side Studio Manager and Marketing team from conception to delivery
- Maintain studio equipment and workstations to guarantee high uptime
- Update and maintain sample library ; replicate and test on all computers
- Coordinate with Composers and assist Studio Manager in troubleshooting technical problems
- Assist with file transfers
- Assist in running meetings and sessions with clients (directors and producers) and contractors (mixers and editors)
- Client communication
**Must have**:

- A matric certificate
- Excellent general technical knowledge.
- Experience with Logic Pro (9 and X).
- Knowledge of audio and midi signal flow.
- Experiences with of Pro Tools 10/11 and Sibelius 7.
- Experience with soft-synths and audio plug-ins.
- Admin experience
- Basic understanding of recording, mic setup, and signal flow.
- Knowledge of Mac OS X, including admin and diagnostic utilities, as well as maintenance and troubleshooting tricks.
- Excellent ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to be pro-active and show initiative.
- Able to work alone and part of a team
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and will require weekends and evening shifts
