The position will be for a fixed-term period of 12 months.

**Qualifications and Skills required**:

- A bachelor's degree Life sciences, with a higher certificate, diploma or degree in marketing or business administration.
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, brand management or sales.
- A pro-active and goals-oriented personality.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team.
- A thorough understanding of the academic and health/biotechnology environment, be well informed about current trends in the market.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure to deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promoting the company's existing brands.
- Analyzing and preparing sales goals and ensuring that goals are met.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Coordinating a relationship with outsource marketing partner.
- Overseeing the design & development of marketing materials in conjunction with an outsource partner.
- Attending scientific conferences to share company offerings.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
