Headwear24, Africa's largest headwear manufacturer, is looking for an energetic, passionate and dynamic individual to join their internal sales team in their Sandton Branch.

**JOB PURPOSE**:

- To Introduce the catalogued styles to customers and increase the sales of the products
- To understand the needs and expectations and communicate and facilitate initial quote for walk-in customers
- To fulfil website orders and trouble shoot system issues
- To redirect website queries to relevant branches or facilitate reply where applicable
- To load New Customer data on the system ensuring all supporting documents are correct

**KEY DUTIES**

**1. Call24**
- Make contact with 3 new customers daily off prescribed call list

**2. Website Orders and Queries**
- Registration of new website customers on relevant system
- Respond to and redirect all queries received on website
- Process and trouble shoot all orders received on website
- Request branding details and forward to Quotation Administrators
- Manage stock movements, invoicing and proof of payments to ensure fulfilment of website orders

**3. E-Mail Orders**
- Manage stock movements, invoicing and proof of payments to ensure fulfilment of website orders
- Create sales order and quotation template and forward to Quotation Administrator for quote

**4. Walk-In Orders**
- Load new customers on system with all supporting documents and mail Headwear24 starter pack to them
- Review catalogue and advise customers on available stock and suitability
- Branded orders require logo and quantity for verbal quotation with costings from Embroidery or Printing

**5. Collection Of Orders**
- Check system for information of order to be collected when Courier or Driver arrives
- Print invoice and redirect to warehouse for collection of stock
- Follow up with Production Coordinator re delivery arrangements if order is not on the system

**6. People Management**
- Effectively communicate and manage internal lead times for quoting, design of artwork and customer approval of quotes.
- Develops an effective network of communication to ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business activity
- Manage any interpersonal relations issues which may arise within your team

**7.** **Minimum Criteria, Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum NQF4/Matric or equivalent qualification
- Customer focused
- Time management
- Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective interaction with departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Self-starter - ability to work unsupervised, manage own time and activities
- Solid organizational skills
- Working knowledge of related ERP software and other common computer software such as Power Point, MS Word, Outlook and Ms Excel
- Impressive personality and ability to convince the clients by planning attractive quotations for them
- Should have ability to multitask and handle conflict
