**DUTIES** will include (but not be limited to):
Act as an assistant to the Wine Sales Manager - draft mails to customers and potential new clients - maintaining & expanding of client data base - handle all basic correspondence between the estate & clients - order capturing - liaise with warehouse on orders - creditors & debtors invoicing - creating purchase orders on EzyWine -updating stock sheets and variances - administration around casual wages - monthly debtor statements administration.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**:

- Matric
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Wine Industry experience beneficial
- EzyWine System Knowledge is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fully Bilingual with excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- WSET or Cape Wine Academy certificates or any equivalent tertiary education will be beneficial
