We are in search of a dynamic and experienced **ICT Controller** to join our team on one of our projects.

**Responsibilities**

**Asset Management**
- Record and update asset details in a central database.
- Install asset tags on all equipment.

**Contract Management**
- Record and track ICT contracts in a central database to ensure timely renewals.
- Software License Management
- Perform software audits to ensure compliance with licensing.

**Procurement**
- Draft procurement documents, track requests, and coordinate with the SCM department for timely delivery.
- Receipting and Payments
- Ensure equipment delivery in good order and timely payments.

**Budget Reconciliation**
- Reconcile invoices with the budget to monitor spending.
- Storeroom Management
- Maintain a tidy storeroom with controlled stock levels, including consumables.

**Vendor Management**
- Assist in managing vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and vendor rating.
- Insurance and Claims
- Update insurance with new machines and handle claims.

**Budget Preparation**
- Collaborate in preparing software and hardware budgets.
- Process Improvements
- Identify and implement process improvements.

**Reconciliation and Asset Safeguarding**
- Monthly reconciliation of asset registers and accounting records.
- Develop and manage asset safeguarding mechanisms.

**Strategic Planning**
- Assess asset needs and manage acquisitions, operations, and disposal plans.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.

**Client Satisfaction and Relationships**
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Respond constructively to feedback from clients, managers, and stakeholders.
