Our client is a leading commercial real estate services business with operations throughout the Gauteng and Western Cape Regions. Representing both landlords and tenants, this dynamic business provides a wide range of offerings within the areas of leasing, sales, corporate real estate services and property valuations. With a strong pipeline of business, they are currently looking to grow their various divisions and as such are looking to appoint an ambitious, hardworking and experienced Internal Sales Recruiter to join their fast-paced Johannesburg team. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will hold a vital role in shaping the business through the appointment of strong and top performing real estate sales professionals across the various divisions within the business. Further to this, you will also need to support the sales teams through the means of data analysis of companywide statics and sales performance to support the development of training materials and schedules that will assist them in being successful in their roles. Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Recruitment of property brokers and dealmakers
- Liaising with recruitment companies
- Onboarding all new employees
- Implementation and development of training programs and schedules
- Analysis of company-wide and performance data
- Regular meetings with brokers and dealmakers to discuss fields/areas of training which is needed or has been successful.

To qualify for this position, you will need to have:

- Tertiary diploma/degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in external sales recruitment
- Experience within the real estate industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Data Analysis experience is advantageous
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Office) is essential
