As a Performance Excellence Manager, you will inspire the delivery, training, embedding and measurement of WoW operating model initiatives across South Africa to maximise operational and business outcomes.

You should be practical thinking and have a passion for efficiency in all that you do. If you’re a great communicator, you’re sure to succeed in this role as you will be building and maintaining key relationships. You should feel comfortable not just to solve or identify problems but to go the extra mile in finding long term solutions to these problems.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working with diverse teams to ensure local tools and collateral are fit for the purpose
- Ensuring all key stakeholders are involved in the implementation and embedding phase to achieve the right balance and focus in each operation
- Supporting the design, launch, delivery and embedding of global performance excellence programmes
- Inspiring the documentation and codification of WOW operating model collateral

To succeed in this Performance Excellence Manager job, you’ll need project coordination and delivery experience, preferably in an established continuous improvement and project methodology such as Six Sigma and Agile.

**You will also need the following**:

- Outstanding English writing and content curation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Experience managing an Operation (desirable)
