We’re looking for 2 x experienced Painters to join us on a 6-month contract at our beautiful wine estate. You see the details that others might miss, ensuring our estate always looks its best. - You understand the impact of your work on guest experience and operations, coordinating seamlessly to ensure mínimal disruption and maximum aesthetic impact. - You are an integral part of the team ensuring the entire estate maintains its world-class appearance and functionality. - You are willing to tackle challenging painting tasks, learn new techniques, and contribute innovative solutions to maintain the estate's grandeur. **Qualifications & Experience** - Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a professional painter, preferably in a luxury hospitality, heritage property, or high-end residential environment. - Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, scaffolding, ladders). - Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting and working at heights. - Ability to accurately match colors and mix paints. - Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions. - Valid driver's license (advantageous). **Skills & Competencies** - Exceptional Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to every task, ensuring flawless finishes. - Reliability & Punctuality: Consistent and dependable in completing tasks on schedule. - Strong Work Ethic: Dedicated to delivering high-quality results consistently. - Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments. - Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective painting solutions. - Communication: Clear and respectful communication with colleagues and managers. - Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
