**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Manage a team of security personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Respond to incidents or emergencies promptly, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare reports for management review.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft or damage to property.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in security management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in surveillance technologies, particularly CCTV systems.
- First aid certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team.
- **Please note the starting salary is R 22 000 per month CTC.**_
